1. Double-head Penumatic Tension Decoiler

Operate: To put coil on the decoiler and then mandrel will expend by pneumatic system and fix the coil on the mandrel. It is passive moving because it is pulled when roll forming machine works.

Advantage: With penumatic system to control mandrel expension and stop,

it is safety and easy to control.

2. Single-head Hydraulic TensionDecoiler

Operate: To put coil on the decoiler and then mandrel will expend by hydraulic system and fix the coil on the mandrel. It will rotate automaticly after setting

Advantage: With hydraulic system to control mandrel expension and stop,

it can rotate forward and reverse, which is more easy to control the coil.

The buttons on the control panel are famous brand---high quality and duarble.
