Fiirst strip preparation section:
The coil is prepared for unwinding, and the head and tail of the coil is butt welded. It is then fed into the looper and the strip is pulled from the looper and passed through the unit at a constant speed. The strip is formed into an open tube in the forming unit.
Second, rolling forming and welding:
It is welded into a straight seam welded pipe by solid high frequency to eliminate the water chill after the outer burr, and the round pipe and the square rectangular pipe are sized and shaped in the sizing machine. The sizing steel pipe is pushed in the Turkish head, straightened, and then sawn to the required length with a flying saw. After the steel pipe is sawed to a fixed length, it is quickly transported away from the flying saw by the output roller and pushed onto the gantry for inspection.

Working Principle:For welding, it makes full use of two sciences-high-frequency current Skin-Effect and Adjacency Effect to make the current concentrate on the edge, and then the temperature will reach to the point of welding. Then we can make the sheet to pipe by rolling and make the edge melting to one.This technology has the following features:1.It supports many kinds of material like carbon steel, GI and others.
