Brief Introduction of sprial welded tube machine
Spiral welded pipe machine is used to big diameter pipes by spiral welding method. By decoiler to uncoil and level the steel coil, and send the strip to forming machine by certain angle, then bend the pipe by certain angle based on three-roller forming principle, at last weld the spiral welding seam by the submerged arc welder. It is also called SSAW pipe mill.
Working process of Spiral Welded Tube Machine:
Decoiling--> remove the unneat and unstraight part at the beginning--> feed coil to machine--> Vertical roller to fix the coil and weld two coils together--> forming station-->inner and outside welder system-->flying and tracking cutting saw system-->runout table

Main function of each part of Spiral Welded Tube Machine:
1. Decoiler system firstly is used to open and feed the first edge of coil to the strip edge joining system. Meanwhile this part also bends the trailing edge of the coils.
2. Side guide rollers are designed to feed the coil in the correct position from the decoiler to the forming section. And the pivot line roller and the cross side rollers are positioned by the hydraulic cylinders; the position will not be changed. Its functions are fixing the coil. And there are also some non-pivot rollers which are moveable for eleiminating the minor movements of the stripe.
3. For leveling and make sure the input coil straight, there are some non-driven rollers to level coil stressed by the hydraulic cylinders.
What documenrts we will provide for Spiral Welded Tube Machine?
1. Once the contract signed, the seller will products the Foundation for buried parts to the buyer and Foundation based building detail size drawing for the buyer to reference.
2. Foundation Plan (including the arrangement of water, electricity and air ect.)
3. Arrangement Plan.
4. Operation Instruction (including the structure diagrams of the equipment, operation instruction, maintenance and trouble shooting, safe rules, consumable parts list and purchased parts list).
Spiral Welded Tube Machine Installation, Commissioning, Test and Training
1.The engineers from the Seller shall supervise the installation on site and fulfill the commissioning. They should start off within 10 days after they get the information from the Buyer.
2.The Buyer signs in the Certificate of Acceptance.
3.The Seller trains the operators of the Buyer during the commissioning
4.Commissioning: about 3 engineers in 30 days.
5.The Buyer shall pay for the international air tickets and the local, such as board and lodging, daily transportation, communication, Insurance, etc. The Buyer shall pay USD 80 /day /person to the Seller for the commissioning.
6.The Buyer shall prepare an interpreter for better communication between the two sides.
