Cangzhou Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. manufactures and exports high-frequency welded pipe making machines and tube mill lines. Our address is Zone 4 Road, Economic Development Zone, Botou City, Hebei Province, China. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to this company.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect: your name, company name, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the machine you are interested in, the pipe size and output you need, the quantity or annual demand you have in mind, and your message.

When a form is submitted, our system also records the page the form was sent from, the landing page that brought you to our site, and your browser viewport size. Our hosting provider also generates standard server logs, which include your IP address and browser user agent.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information to:
reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
understand your technical requirements so we can recommend suitable equipment
keep a record of our business communications
protect the enquiry form against spam and automated abuse
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Cookies
This website sets one cookie, named theme, and only after you choose a light or dark appearance using the switch in the page footer. It stores that display preference only, is set by our own code with SameSite=Lax and the Secure flag, and contains no identifiers.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track visitors across sites. Site statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no external font service, and no third-party script beyond the cookieless statistics described above. Because the only cookie is a functional preference that you actively choose, no cookie consent banner is required. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools that require consent, we will ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website for us:
Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database and media storage, and the cookieless visitor statistics described in section 4
Resend — transactional email delivery, used to notify our sales team of your enquiry
These providers process the data on our instructions. Enquiries are read and answered by our own staff.
6. International transfers
Our company is based in China. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region, your enquiry will be transferred to and processed in China. This transfer is necessary to answer the request you sent us.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship with you, and afterwards only for as long as applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
