1. Who we are
Cangzhou Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. manufactures and exports high-frequency welded pipe making machines and tube mill lines. Our address is Zone 4 Road, Economic Development Zone, Botou City, Hebei Province, China. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to this company.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us.
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect: your name, company name, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the machine you are interested in, the pipe size and output you need, the quantity or annual demand you have in mind, and your message.
Information collected automatically.
When a form is submitted, our system also records the page the form was sent from, the landing page that brought you to our site, and your browser viewport size. Our hosting provider also generates standard server logs, which include your IP address and browser user agent. If you accept analytics, we also record which pages you visit, how you arrived at the site and how long you stay; this is described in section 4.
We also keep our own record of visits to this website. For each page request our server stores the path requested, the referring page, the country and city reported by our hosting provider, the browser language, the device type, the HTTP status code and how long the response took. Visitors are distinguished by a value derived from a one-way hash of the IP address and browser user agent together with the date; the hash changes every day, so the same visitor cannot be linked across days and the value cannot be turned back into an IP address. We do not store your IP address or user agent in this record. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, no record is kept at all. These records are kept for 180 days. Clicks on our WhatsApp link are recorded in the same way — the page it was clicked from, plus the same country and device information — so that we know which pages lead to a conversation. We never receive or store the content of your WhatsApp messages.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information to:
reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
understand your technical requirements so we can recommend suitable equipment
keep a record of our business communications
protect the enquiry form against spam and automated abuse
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
4. Cookies
This website sets one functional cookie, named theme, and only after you choose a light or dark appearance using the switch in the page footer. It stores that display preference only, is set by our own code with SameSite=Lax and the Secure flag, and contains no identifiers.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and machines are useful to visitors and where enquiries come from. Google Analytics sets cookies containing a random identifier, and reports to us only in aggregate — visitors are not identified to us individually. We have switched off Google signals (cross-device tracking and advertising features) and advertising personalisation, and we do not use this data for advertising. Site statistics are also collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept it. Until you accept, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Declining is a real choice — the site works exactly the same either way. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer, and your data will no longer be collected once you decline.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website for us:
Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, the visitor statistics described in section 4
Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database and media storage, and the cookieless visitor statistics described in section 4
Resend — transactional email delivery, used to notify our sales team of your enquiry
These providers process the data on our instructions. Enquiries are read and answered by our own staff.
6. International transfers
Our company is based in China. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region, your enquiry will be transferred to and processed in China. This transfer is necessary to answer the request you sent us.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship with you, and afterwards only for as long as applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Records that are no longer needed are deleted. Access records described in section 2 are kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you
ask us to correct data that is inaccurate
ask us to delete your data
object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing
receive your data in a portable format
withdraw your consent at any time, where consent is our legal basis

This website and our services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
