Datasheets & Downloads

One-page specification sheets for welded steel pipe and tube — model ranges, wall thickness, line speed, and the standards each product is specified to. Every sheet is a single page, sized for forwarding to a colleague or attaching to a tender.

Published values, not invented ones

The size and speed figures in these sheets are the ranges published on the corresponding machine page. The standards are cited by designation and scope — grade, mechanical values and tolerances are governed by the standard, not by a measurement of a particular production batch. Where the standard leaves a value to the producer, the sheet says so rather than picking one. Grade, coating and end finish for your order are confirmed at quotation.

Welded pipe lines

Round pipeERW / HFSizes

ERW & HF Welded Round Steel Pipe

The round-pipe range for the ZT straight-seam series and the HG coil-fed lines — outside diameter, wall thickness and line speed for each model, with the standards the pipe is specified to.

Square tubeRectangularSections

Square & Rectangular Hollow Sections

Section range, wall thickness and cut-length tolerance for the two lines we build in square and rectangular format, plus the standards hollow sections are bought to.

StainlessZT-20C / 30 / 50Surface finish

Stainless Steel Welded Tube

The three ZT stainless units — tube OD, wall thickness and line speed — and why stainless lines run at a fraction of carbon-steel speed.

HG Series — Model Comparison

HG32, HG50, HG76, HG127 and HG165 side by side: round pipe 10–168 mm, wall 0.4–5.0 mm, line speed, HF welder power, and how the model is chosen by diameter band rather than by size on paper.

SpiralLarge diameterCoil

Spiral Welded Pipe Machine

160–3250 mm diameter and 2–10 mm wall in one machine, how the spiral seam is formed and welded inside and outside, and the elements that make up the line.

SlittingSL-1250 / SL-1600Strip

Steel Coil Slitting Line

SL-1250 and SL-1600 side by side — strip material and thickness, coil size and weight, width tolerance (+/-0.05 mm), line speed and footprint, and what actually decides slit-strip quality.

Cut-to-lengthLevellerSteel / aluminium

Cut-to-Length Lines

The steel 1600 mm class line and the aluminium 2600 mm class line — coil range, cutting length, +/-0.5 mm accuracy, and why the leveller, not the shear, decides the result.

Flying sawZF seriesCut-off

Flying Saw for Welded Pipe Lines

ZF series cold cutting: the +/-2 mm cut-length figure, how tracing and servo feeding keep the cut square while the tube moves, and the saw disc sizes published with each line.

DecoilersFlying sawLine-side

Tube Mill Auxiliary Equipment

Cantilever and hydraulic decoilers with their coil limits, and the cold-cutting flying saw — cutting method, tracing, and the +/-2 mm cut-length figure the servo tracing holds.
