Embossed Colour Steel Sheet Line — 0.5-1.0 mm, up to 1250 mm Width
This line presses a pattern into colour-coated steel sheet and recoils it.

An embossing line presses a raised pattern into pre-painted or coated steel strip, so the sheet leaves the line with a decorative relief surface rather than a flat one. The strip is uncoiled, passed through an embossing roll pair under pressure and then recoiled or cut to length. It is used for decorative wall and ceiling panels, doors and appliance faces, where the surface pattern is the visible selling point.
