What this decoiler is built for
This is a 7 t hydraulic decoiler for coil 0.4 to 1.0 mm thick and up to 1250 mm wide. The mandrel expands hydraulically into the coil bore, and the loading car carries the coil on and off the mandrel.
Each decoiler has its own control system and its own control of the loading car, so two decoilers can be installed side by side on one set of rails and share a single car. The car serves one decoiler at a time.

What coil weight can the decoiler take?
Up to 7 t. A 5 t decoiler is not substituted for it, and the units are tested with a 7 t coil before dispatch.
What is the mandrel expansion range?
Ø450 mm at the minimum to Ø610 mm at the maximum, which covers the usual coil bores in this size range.
What coil width and thickness does it run?
