What the unit produces
The ZT-25GB wraps a core in cold rolled low carbon strip to make cored wire. A 1.0 mm strip wrapped around 7 mm metal calcium wire gives a 9 mm seamless cored wire, used for modifying the quality of steel in steelmaking. Core wire diameter runs 8~15 mm with a strip wall of 0.65~1.2 mm, and the core itself is 9~15 mm — normally 9 mm.
