The drawing line reduces the diameter of welded pipe by pulling it through a die. The equipment uses a variable-frequency drive control system, so the current stays stable and the pull is even along the length of the tube. It takes a larger tube down to the finished diameter by installing the appropriate die head — a practical way to reach small diameters that are difficult to form and weld directly.

Unwind device
The unwind device rotates and lifts and lowers to match the steel pipe position, and holds the incoming pipe so that it cannot spring back or escape during drawing.

Drawing mainframe
The mainframe reduces the diameter of 8 mm steel pipe by drawing it through tungsten-carbide dies of different diameters, which produces the different finished diameters above. The die arrangement is precise enough that the drawn tube comes out without scoring on the surface.
What we need from you
Tell us the incoming tube size, the finished diameter or diameters you need, the wall thickness, the tube material, and the production speed you are targeting. The tungsten-carbide dies are made for the specific diameter steps you want to run, so please list all of them.
